United We Stand

The local church is meant to be a place of mutual love and affection, where the people of God serve side by side, and worship with one voice bringing glory to our Savior. But what happens when we allow our old sinful attitudes like jealousy, pride, and selfishness to infiltrate our hearts? That was the case of the church in Corinth, prompting the Apostle Paul to write the letter of 1 Corinthians. He urges believers to get along, and remember what brought them together in the first place.
